Dr. Isabelle Lesschaeve, founder and President of InnoVinum, has nearly twenty years of experience in the field of sensory evaluation of food and beverages. As a result of her responsibilities with the world’s largest wine producer, she is recognized by her peers as an international specialist in sensory evaluation of wines. Isabelle is the author or co-author of 35 publications. She is regularly invited to share her work and experience at international symposiums.

Isabelle has been the Director of the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) at Brock University (St. Catharines, Ontario) since April 2004.
